36’’ Triplex (3 cutting units) CTC Tea Processing machine with specially designed
roller fitted with cartidge and bearing heavy duty gear box 10:1 ratio with direct
drive roller through cardon shaft, dejaming, microdial, magnet assembly, feed,
intermediate and discharge conveyor cooling arrangement as per our standard design
specification.
Segment Roller
- Roller : 6 pairs
- Fitted with : 108 pcs stainless steel forged CTC segments milled and grooved size 13” x 2” cartidge bearing and oil seals (inclusive of 3 pairs of spare roller)

- Synchronized depth of cut adjustment
- Heavy duty pedestal to ensure vibration free operation
- Bearing are not required to remove for re-sharpening of rollers
- Quick efficient dejaming & microdial operation
- Spare set of roller fitted with bearing cage unit oil seals, bearing, and CTC segments M&G
