1. The upper part of the sifter frame is made of Aluminum plate, stacked into 3 stories. On the lower part of the sifter, a bucket is installed to keep the tea powder that is not caught in the Sifter mesh discharged to the next sifter mesh.
2. Two sifter frames then is installed transversely under the sifter frame.
3. The motor consists of three units of crankshaft, which are assembled together with the motor. The crankshaft support is made of cast iron material, the upper part of it is assembled by cast iron triangle frame. And the lower part is tied by a channel UNP 80 frame.
4. Main crankshaft is rotated by an electromotor through pulley transmission and V-belt and Crankshaft rotor 120 – 135 rpm.
5. As the feeder, a conveyor with elevation of ± 28° is used.
