General
DIBN basically consists of 2 main sifters that are installed on two sides of
the main frame with degree elevation that can be set; they are driven by a crankshaft.
The DIBN main frame is made of UNP 12 Channel Steels and metal plates, which
are formed to produce firm and strong support attached to the Crankshaft.
Crankshaft movement drives the Sifter Support Frame, which is placed on 2 pairs
of hinges and transmission balls causing the sifters to rotate oppositely.
The smooth movement is ensured by using flywheel which also function as pulley
of the main crankshaft.

A. Sifter
- Sifter Frame : Made of L.30.30.3 mm, covered with aluminum plate thickness 1.5 mm
- Length : 5850 mm

- Below the sifter, chutes are installed. The chutes are made of aluminum plate thickness 1.5 mm.
- Every sifter consists of 7 sections which is partitioned with stainless steel sifter, mesh size 5,5,6,6,6,7,7.
- Every sifter box size is 735 mm x 935 mm

- Sifter Support frame is made of Channel Steel UNP 10 and plate 3/8”.
