This equipment is made to hold the sorted tea powder. The tea powder
is kept according to its types for a period of time until sufficient
quantity is reached for packing process.
The main tea bin is square type with bottom chute. All of the above
mentioned equipment is made of Stainless steel plate t = 2 mm.
The main tea bin is divided into 4 parts so that besides functions as
a reservoir, it functions to mix the same type of powder but different
in production day.
For the tea bin body holder, angle bars L.50.50.5 are installed on
bottom parts of the cylinder by welding process. The frame support is
made of steel channels UNP 12 and square iron 60, covered with chequer
plates as floor and the platform is made of Galvanized pipe size 1” and ¾”.
The tea bin is installed in parallel adjusted with the number of the
cylinders based on production. The tea powder outlet valve is installed
on the chute foundation.
