General
Vibro machine is used to separate the dried tea powder from its fibers.
The vibro machine consists of feeding hopper, bubble trays and fiber
pick-up cylinders. The bubble tray is made of aluminum plate with 5
holes /in˛ and being driven reciprocating. The function of fiber pick-up
is done by 6 pieces of PVC rolls with diameter 314 mm which rotates slowly,
and in order to ensure the effectiveness every roll is equipped with
heating lamp.
Technical Data
1. Capacity
The real capacity is only 350 – 400 kg/hr. This capacity is based of the tea
powder feeding per hour.
2. Frame
The frame is made of Steel Profile and designed specially so that it can eliminate
the negative vibration of the sifter.
3. Sifter
The sifter consists of 3 main parts, they are:
- Feeding hopper
- Bubble trays
Its function is to spread the flow of the tea in the sifting process, so that
the tea is spread out all over the sifter frame. The bubble will cause the
dried tea powder to bounce easing the removal of the fiber by the PVC roll.
The bubble trays are made of Aluminum plate with number of holes is 5 /in˛.
- Fiber Removal
The sifter speed is 400 movements per minute. This part consists of Magnetic
roll, heating lamp, roll press chute and fiber reservoir chute.
Magnetic Roll:
Is made of Black PVC pipe. This to ensure that the fiber removal is effective
and “Dry Tip” is not removed. The position of the roll can be set so that the
fiber removal can be adjusted.

- Roll rotation : 20 rpm
Heating Lamp
Heating lamp is electric light bulb. There are 3 lamps on every roll with total
power of 180 – 225 watt, voltage 127/220 V. The lamp is separated from the machine
body in order to reduce the vibration.
Fiber Reservoir Chute
The support of this chute is installed on the sifter frame so that it can also
move in reciprocate way; in this case the fiber discharging will not be a problem.
4. Motor
Electromotor : 2 HP, 1500 rpm, 220/380 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz, TEFC, Induction type, and tropicalized.
Switch : Automatic switch thermal overload relay
The transmission of the movements is through Pulleys and V-belt. The small pulley rotation
is 400-420 rpm and the big pulley rotation is ? 60 rpm. The magnetic roll rotates by means
of the chain transmission.
5. Foundation
It consists of concrete slabs with dimension 25cm x 25cm x 40cm, quantity 12 pieces.
6. Electricity
The installation is limited from the electricity supply box to sorting room.
